yea i've used them they say to use it for 30 minutes and if you want you can use another for another 30.

well if you want to use them longer just use the same one for a longer period of time. they work great but make my teeth sensitive as well.

yes they give you a strip for the top teeth and the bottom teeth, …you didn't really think i was gonna play into that did ya lol

ya know yesterday was day 5 or 6 of using the white strips, and my teeth have gotten so much more white its not even funny however last night i first noticed my upper teeth were sensitive, a weird annoying tingling kind of feeling, basically sensitive feeling to breathing air and such, it has passed but yeah i have experienced this now as well, but the results far out weigh the sensitive feeling! So I'm still using them, and my wife just bought me another box for my birthday! YIPPY!

which ones did you buy bro? I love them! I still can NOT believe how well they work , nothing is ever what is claims to be these days, so i was skeptic, but man these fuckers worked wonders on me!

I used the Crest Whitening Strips when they first came out about 10 years ago, and they are still VERY white.
I still get complements on how white my teeth are.
That's some pretty good stuff!

So Ive been using these for a week now and my teeth are so white I get asked where I get my teeth cleaned..Im a smart ass and said in my bathroom when I brush them, you should try it. lol

So the problem is my teeth are feeling sensitive to hot and cold and even when I breathe through my mouth in the cold. Will this stop if I stop using them for a while?

I've used them, I hate how long they have to be on for. Another way to do it is make a paste w baking soda and peroxide

switch to sensodyne tooth paste if they get sensitive, this can help a little from personal experience.

nice bro, i've wanted to give these a try for quite some time. i got recommended the gel from amazon, i think it was called opalescence. they have several strengths too
