had a spot get really sore after pinning some test and then hit that spot really hard on something?

well it happened to me Saturday night. I had pinned some test in my left lat that afternoon after training. well later that night I went to a bar to watch the UFC fights. well it was raining very hard and I was sorta walking fast along the sidewalk when I looked over my shoulder to see the TV's inside. next thing I know I'm on my side soaking wet in the pouring rain. my feet came out from under me so fast I didn't know that I had fallen until I hit the ground. I landed right on the lat I just pinned and on my elbow with my arm stretched out to a lesser degree. well it took a minute for it to start to hurt but when it did... wooo man did it. going to go check for bruising in a bit but it looked to be turning that way last night. had a big ole red spot on my lat a little bigger than my fist. hell it still hurts right now.

this ever happen to anyone else? maybe busting your ass after pining your ass? please tell me I'm not alone on this one. :laugh:

Ouch man, cant say that I have, worst for me is friends walking up and punching me in the delt or something after a prop shot or something. Hope it gets better soon, I still have never been able to get the nerve to pin my lats just not familiar with it I suppose.

Ha ha, me too bro, I do my ventro gluteal shots but my girl does my aspirating and pushing the plunger on my delt shots for me. I just cant do it with one damn hand without writing a Z inside my muscle with the needle moving so much.

I once had a 3cc penicillin shot in my ass for an infection I got while in the military,it was swollen and hurt like a mofo then I slipped on the ice in Alaska and fell right on it. I swear I have never felt a worse pain and it was so sensitive I walked around like I had hemorrhoids for a week. I feel ya bro, I stopped pinning lats as they get to be so hard for me to reach and are sensitive..rest up bro
