As you might have noticed we installed a new Private Messaging System to MuscleChemistry.com

also some of you were having a hard to reaching me, and me not getting pms, so if anyone has tried to pm me and not heard back, then please pm me again, as i should have no problems now that the new PM System has been installed.

Also if you guys and gals find any glitches in the system please do not hesitate to notify us!

we just installed new navbar up top, and it can do a lot more then i have it doing right now but im still playing with it, hopefully i get the hand of all its features soon
