Hey Fella's,
I was without internet for quite a while, but I am back and want you all to check over this cycle. I am looking to stay around 190, but drop 5 pounds of fat and add 5 pounds of muscle.
-Prop weeks 1-7 (100 three times a week)
-EQ weeks 1-8 (400 to 500 a week...shooting with the prop to prevent pain)
-Winny weeks 5-10 (50eod)
*I know these dosages aren't that high, but I don't have much $$$ right now, and I have had success with lower dosages in the past.
Also, I am trying to set up a solid diet. I burn about 3300 calories. I know that normally I would want to go 500 under this ed, but should I eat more when on? Also, how much protein should I shoot for, I have around 300g planned out right now.
