Bros, if any of you were pondering ordering this book....
DONT...

its a waste of money....It promises to tell you all these things(ie: pro stacks, 30lbs in 30 days, blah blah blah).

and it dosent deliver at all....also it was poorly edited(grammer wise)...

just wanted to give you a heads up.

yes i seen alot of bad spelling in it, however I think it is a good book for the beginner to be very honest with you
