good cutting info needed

im looking to geting as cut as possible from jan1 to mar 10 i just wanna see if theres ne way i can get my abs by then ne helpfull info would be great just wanna see wa everyones insits are
 
i would use an eca stack 3 times a day bro 25-50mg ephedrine, 300 asparin and 400-600 caffiene, thats what i do starting about 2-3 months out from a show along with alot of cardio via the bike not a treadmil or elyptical as i think the bike is best for minamal muscle loss and less impact

also drop your carbs down to about 75-100 a day then keep dropping them all the way down to say 30 and keep the fat under 30 grams as well and keep protien high at 2 grams per lb of bodyweight, works for me anyhow,lol

what are your current stats? and what is your goal? I know you want to get ripped, I was looking for more specific info.
 
my curent stats are 6ft 245 and climing im doing a bulkin cycle right now of 50mg anadrol a day 750mg of sust a week 800mg eq and 300mg of decca for the joints im eating like a monster so my body fat is prob way up there around 11 or 12 im guessing im gonna start my cutting cycle in jan. im gonna be doing winny anavar prop or suspension igf-1 pgf2a and possible t3

i usaly do my cardio in the mourning during my cutting cycles the only hard thing for me is i get boerd very easy so staying on ne cardio equipment for 45 min is hard and i usaly try to jump rope for 20mins a day too during cutting cycles seems to help me alot

is 6 days of cardio too much or no

also i heard i should eat alot of lettuce for its thermogentic properties is this true?

6 days of cardio too much??? Depending on the intesity... but I would say yes, it probably is.... I usually go with 3-4 times per week for cardio. You don't want to lose weight to fast, or you will be losing muscle too. You especially have to be careful of that with T3.... So plan it properly if your using T3.
