Some diet advice needed.

THIS IS WHAT IM RUNNING.
Its a lean mass/cutting cycle
All for 8 weeks
100mg test prop EOD
50mg Winny ED
1.25mg Femera EOD
625mg Tribulus ED
multi vitamins and extra zinc vitamins
was gonna do the clen/eca thing 2 weeks on and two weeks off, had to change, now im gonna run eca 3 weeks on 1 week off
PCT will be clomid at 50/100/50
THIS IS WHAT I ATE TODAY, and 95% identical to everyday.
6:30 40g protein shake
7-8:30 Gym, w/30 mins of cardio before work out
8:30 leave gym
8:45 3 eggs, 3 pieces of ham, breakfeast biscuit, 40g shake
11:00 about 6oz lean Easter ham in lettuce w/no carb ranch, handfull of pretzels
1:45 3 big pieces of chicken and some green beans, about 12oz of chicken
4:00 3 pieces of same chicken, scoop of baked beans, dinner roll no butter
7:00 3oz "lunch to go" tuna pack
8:30 14g pack of peanuts
10:00 40g shake w/water, all the whey protein, hardly any carbs
Keep in mind I work one job from 12-4 and then one job from 5-9:30pm and have classes from 9-10:45am.
What do I need to clean up, or add? Im trying to loose more around the mid section. I typically do AM cardio 3x a week JUST like that above, and then on Sat. w/no work out afterwards.
Help would be great.
 
If i were you i would workout first then do the cardio afterwards, but that's just me.... as far the diet goes it looks good to me,...but i bet other people can intervene and post their input on this... Also include some healthy fats like flax, fishoil,...
 
that looks pretty good....i dont know about your prop mgs though......that is only 350mg per weeks really bro........if that......i would bump your prop up to 200mg EOD or 100mg ED....thats just what im doing......i have to say that i am having good gains and loving the test.
 
Yeah, why r u doinf cardio before workout??? If ya dont know, doing cardio after will help to burn fat faster. Doing it your way will only deplete your glycogen stores and that will leave ya flat and you wont get as much from lifting as you could doing it the other way around.

Also, doing cardio first for 30 minutes wont really tap into those fat stores exp since your not doing it on an empty stomach. Your stopping before you really start to burn the fat.

If your seious bout cutting kill the ham and the breakfast biscuit (exp the biscuit). Your eating wayyyyy to much bread in my opionion but it all depends on how serious you wanna get. I would add WAYYYYYYYYYY more fiberous veggies, not nearly enough exp since your dieting. I would also add some EFA's but again it depends on what your trying to accomplish.
 
well. that's a hell of a schedule...and eating how about helping us out a little more by telling us your stats now, and where you want to be I'm6'4 220 if I ate that much a day I would easily put on 15 lbs in a week no shit

Why r u taking Tribulus during cycle?????U should take trib. post PCT...

Trib. is know to increase your body's own natural test. levels...I have always thought doing trib while "on cycle" would be overkill and would be best to leave it after proper PCT is complete
 
Right now Im at 189, on Friday I will be at 184... It has been like this for 3 weeks now. I put on weight during the weekend and loose it during the week, I cant figure it out either, my diet is the same. I think it might be because I sleep 75% of the weekend away. SO right now Im 189 at 6'0 trying to put on lean mass and cut down in my mid section A LOT. I am totally happy now except for my abs and sides. Im gaining everywhere else though. Id just like to put on leaner muscle if anything. Would Tren had been a better choice over the Winny? Im hardening up GOOD, just wish now I would have had a little more mass to harden up.

the thing is the area directly around my belly button is 36" id like to see that closer to 34"
OR would it be just easier to continue going the way im going and cardio my ass off when I get off of this cycle? Like Ive said, Im only 3 weeks into an 8 week cycle. Ive got a long way to go!
 
Will cardio AFTER my work out seriously be better? Lift, cardio, then abs? OR what? I like the pump I get after my work out, I feel if I do cardio afterwards I loose that pump, or is this not true? I feel I have good energy during my work out which is usually about 45 mins long. What do yall do for cardio? I use the elliptical machine with a heart rate of about 135BPM for 30 mins, then walk on a treadmill for 5mins to cool down. What would be best cardio? I would really like to loose some MAD FAT right now.
 
Try and cut both carbs and Fat. Absolutely no fried foods. Bring in a ratio of 50%protein 25%carbs 25%fat. Don't worry about getting tons of protein. 150g a day will do you. So that would be no more than 37g carbs and 37g fat per day. If you feel you have to go 200/50/50, but no more at your size. Follow this and you will loose your waist in a hurry, I promise. You are currently eating about this much for breakfast. Do this for 1 week with your above workout and see if you don't loose at least an inch from your waist. Peace
 
You can just make your exercises more intense with the above diet and you will still loose like crazy. Never cardio before trying to gain muscle on the weights. Your body has around 45 minutes of grow juice a day, then its spent.
 
You dont have to follow OB's diet and honestly not all fats are bad so cutting your fats down alot may not be the answer.

YES, doing cardio is 100X better than before. Try it for 3 weeks and you'll notice a diff.
 
What is interval cardio? Im rally going to cut down for one week getting most of my protein from shakes, tuna, or chicken, not even peanuts. And try to loose about 3lbs of fat. Then maintain my reg. diet, and try to put on as much as I can with the rest of this cycle. Im getting HARD as hell, right now Im wishing I would have got a little bigger before trying to cut soo much. I feel like Im cutting muscle that isnt there. Would Enth. and winny have been more effective for putting on hard muscle mass?
 
Southern try the 50/25/25 diet for a week. If you don't cheat you'll see what I'm talking about. Although not all fats are bad thier still sources of energy which you can't have excess of when trying to burn stored energy. Your body lacks energy when you cut carbs because it has to dig in deep and feed on stored fat cells, plain and simple. Fats are the same way. Your body will adapt eventually. Unless your have an extremely high metabolism don't buy into thinking your going to shred up by eating peanut. Quality fats are a good form of a bulking supply. Your new diet seems to make sense. Make SURE YOU'RE SHAKES AREN'T LOADED WITH CARBS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tellin you man 50/25/25 will make it impossible not to shred, the rest is up to your will power to stick with it. When your energy is way down THEN hit an ECA a couple hours before you lift, but try not to use it but a couple times a week or less. This will keep your tolerance very low and your body healthy. It will be a blast of energy. I haven't bought a magazine in years, this is 100% from experience. Have Fun!
 
Bump, I did cardio after my work out today, I had a killer pump going in my back and then hit cardio, after the cardio the pump was gone. Is this going to lessen my growth? When I got on the machine after doing back for 45mins. my heart rate was at 145, I could keep it at 150 easy for 30 mins. Yall think I should kill my late night(10pm) shake? Add it somewhere else during the day, its all the whey protein in water, hardly any carbs, it would just give my body 3 hours longer of fasting, maybe hit up an apple or bananna for the 10pm, Ive got to eat something when I get home!
 
Nothing wrong with your late night drink, its a good idea actually. Keep in mind the U.S. Marine corp. gives some members bananna's to help retain water and gain weight! Trade in your breakfest for your shake with vegitables and you can loose more fat while skipping 30minutes of cardio. You'll also get an energy boost. Stay away from buscuits bigtime, most all breads for that matter. Bread is fatning as hell. BTW, a major university just came out with studies showing zinc increases concentration capacity by 300%. (I'm reading your first post while typing). Your eggs should be all white. Chicken is great but never fried in oil, try baked, grilled, or fried in chicken broth. Hams fine as long as its lean. Roll, once again is more bread, prob worse than skipping the butter itself. Baked beans, check to see how much sugar they added. I know it sucks and theres not much to eat left but no-one ever said loosing fat was easy. Here's what I'm doing today for example.

5:00 am coffee, prob. a 25mg. white cross
5:30 3 egg whites, 1/2 cup skim milk (this can be replaced with water if you'll not puke taking pills on empty), protein powder, creatin powder, ice, blended thin and filling (smoothie)
530 after shake, animal pak, additional mag., zinc, chrom.
6:00 lifting 1 hour high intensity, no cardio
7:00 another shake like the one above
11:00 tuna or chicken or beef, raw veggies, no bread, water
4-5 dinner something high protein, very low fats and carbs.
8:00 another shake
10:00, last night was crab meat, who knows tonight.

I wouldnt cut out all cardio but you have to find out what works best for ya.

Interval Cardio~ is where you do a HIGH( 85% of your all out, balls to the wall efort)and then a LOW(where you want your heart rate to drop back down).
ie. Windsprints~ Sprint for a minute (the hole minute), then walk for 1:30 minutes, and then repeat. Keep repeating for 15 minutes to begin with and work your way up. As you progress, lesson the down time to a 1:1 ratio for ime sprinting to time walking.

This is the bare bones description of how to perform interval cardio seesions.
