temper is getting out of controll been treating gf like shit. not normaly like that usually get along. been blowing up at small shit. think i need some valume.

Bro, control that shit. You know exactly what's causing it. It can be tough, but you have to consciously pay attention to your anger when you start to get mad and squash it.
 
AAS DOES NOT have a damn thing to do with your anger or your ability to control it, period. Quit looking for an excuse to be an ass.
 
If you can't handle your temper on AAS then you have no business cycling.....period. The media plays off people like this to give AAS the wrap it has.....lay off to you mature a little bit.
 
Gottat decided what's more important,...To me you have only one choice, that's Treat females with respect period..... No excuse...People like you are what is giving the other users bad name... Hence the name "ROID RAGE" which is just a way out and has no place in my dictionary.......Hope things work out for ya....

Seriously though bro think about what is making you lose it. It's not the drugs, although some have been shown to increase aggression they don't make you blow up for no reason.
 
For me I think it's a combination of training hard and lack of sleep. I don't sleep as soundly on a cycle. I do feel more agressive tendencies when on cycle which I think is related to the gear - but I don't know. I have to monitor my mood more closely and work more on keeping things in perspective.
 
I myself can have a nasty tempor, all it is, is a build up of energy yes negative energy but still energy. So I just had to learn how to you up that energy, honestly all that count to 10 bull just doesn't work for me, I hit a punching bag, or go for a run. You also have to keep in mind is that you don't have control over what happens in your life only how you react to it! So find what works for you, personally anything physical works great. See if you can figure out WHAT exactly is causing the anger, could it be your frustrated with your life, job etc? Then you can work on dealing with it. Hope this has been helpful.
