I myself can have a nasty tempor, all it is, is a build up of energy yes negative energy but still energy. So I just had to learn how to you up that energy, honestly all that count to 10 bull just doesn't work for me, I hit a punching bag, or go for a run. You also have to keep in mind is that you don't have control over what happens in your life only how you react to it! So find what works for you, personally anything physical works great. See if you can figure out WHAT exactly is causing the anger, could it be your frustrated with your life, job etc? Then you can work on dealing with it. Hope this has been helpful.
