Low Carb Recepies and such, how do you guys do it...

I need a couple good recepies for low carb stuff. I know that fudge looked good but I'm worried about the sugar in the PB.

I feening for somthing sweet. I was thinking some tri-tip with a sweet bar-b-que sauce. BUT ANYTHING PLEASE!!!

This may not be the best forum to put this in but I need hits fellas, as many as you got. In the meantime, I'm looking on the 'net, but I need tried and true....
 
my general rule of thumb is fat is fine , i stay away from sugars, as for recipes, I am on a very very strict crack diet, it goess ...Puff...Puff.....Pass. Puff....Puff......Pass
 
BUMP, I'm tired of Double QP's without the bun.

I'm breaking down here. I had to have 2 protein shakes after my pound of ground beef this morning.
 
to be in ketosis your body switches from burning carbs to burning fats ... the slight amount of carbs in the PB fudge is NOT by any means gonna kik you out of ketosis... You have to factor in the amounts of fat in the PB... By far it beats out the carbs and there are 2 grams of fiber to slow any(if all) slight rise in insulin.
