Has anybody ever used this workout technique? For those who dont know, its one exercise per body part, 10 sets of 10 using the same weight (for the most part). If so, how many weeks did u do it for, and how were the results?I read its usually for people who platuea, but i'm living in Germany (why not do a german techn. in germany??) for a year and the gyms here def. lack a lot of weight. The dumbells at mine, and they're the same at the other ones i looked at, only go up to 40 kgs, so doing a lot more bar excer.

Let me know how that goes. I am curious to see. Is is only one exercise per day then???

There are a ton of volume workouts out there that say they will give results. I have never really tried many of them. I read muscle and fitness and they have a 100 rep workout that claims it will stimulate new growth. In my opinion its all about doing something new, and to failure. For me I do strenth one week, 6 reps to failure, the next week I will do high reps to failure to keep things changed up.

The program is: day 1 chest/back, day 2 shoulders/arms, day 3 off, day 4 legs/abs, day 5 off, repeat. i think on one of my days off i will do traps, calves and forearms so they dont fall behind, but with normal sets

I think the change in sets, reps create another way to shock the muscle. I alternate weekly between heavy weight and high *********. I have don't ten sets but never ten sets of ten. I have gone 4 reps to fail as well as 12. I think the important thing is to never do the exact same workout twice and change *********.
