LR3 overrated or underrated?

i vote o/r b/c i feel that it works well as an insulin mimetic drug and during the 1st 4 weeks of pct but i don't feel that it offers much in hyperplasia area as we all hoped for.
i have a friend who does not use aas at all. he cycles on/off lr3 religiously and gets more pumped up looking during lr3 cycle. but after doing many cycles and eating everything, he has not really improved his physique at all.
imo, lr3 is OVERRATED.

everyones welcome to their opinion, i think it beats hgh hands down and most of our customers are repeat biz or referals, so with thatbeing said i would geuss most people disagree that its over rated, however i have seen many folks say this, to each their own i suppose, i also think alot of fakes are being sold as well, wich might weigh in on those saying its over rated

i think it depends on the hype you're hearing about it as well, it can only be classified as overrated if you've heard false or exaggerated reports about it. If your expectations are realistic and you know what it's supposed to do it does exactly that.

Considering your friend didn't use any AAS, perhaps he built some lean tissue and lost fat so you might think he didn't improve much when in reality he did. I would bet that if you compared before IGF pics with what he looks like now that you'd see a big difference (as long as he was getting the real thing). IGF is definitely NOT an insulin mimetic. It is called 'insulin-like' because it acts on the same receptors as insulin, but the functions they perform are very different.

As far as being overrated, I would disagree but keeping in mind that some people expect that IGF is some miracle muscle builder. If you have the correct expectations in mind, i.e., you did your research, you'll see you're getting exactly what IGF offers.

perhaps i am being a little picky on the igf-1 thing basing a lot about how my friend is doing. i was thinking of going the gh route for a while to see if there is a difference. it seems that different boards push different things (gh vs. igf-1) and i should read more threads on here to get a clearer perspective. i have used mostly off and pct and i responded nicely so i gues i just forgot that.

What were your results from using IGF during PCT? Any gains at all?

i thought it was overrated too, until I used it with AAS. 1+1=3 with this combo IMHO. but everyone usually uses it off cycle/pct so they can be "on" something when off cycle.

Im just gonna use it when really on cycle from now on.

more like 1+1= 5 when u combine igf with the right gear! i love it alone and love it on cycle but i know alot of guys vary

thats why i didn't get the full value of it (using it w/ gear) but i should have tried it somewhere along the line. don't know why i didn't, money problems maybe but i will give it a shot very shortly.

IGF is the shit. I would have to say it's done everything I expected it to. Not really over rated or under rated.

that's the perfect answer from someone who did their research and got the results he expected.

i'm ordering igf-1 to use w/ my cyp/deca/dihydroboldenone cycle. it's been a while and i remember retaining pretty well while waistline got slimmer. forgot this initially but i want to use in combo w/ aas to get an appreciation of that effect also. so i'll recant that i think its overrated.

Only started MC's igf a little while ago. Noticed improvments and belt geting ready to go in one notch. I've been working out for a long time and I have a good eye for
noticing small differences - on me or others. My wife, on the other hand wouldn't
noticed it if I put on 10 lbs of muscle. That belt getting loose is a great indicator
for me as my waist is already pretty lean. I like it but that is just me. Everybody
is different on how their body reacts or on their expectations.
