Finally got the left arm catching up via igf.

Well I have been using Igf and have never been over 16.5 on the left side. I finally hit it. I went to eat lunch with a friend today and he stared at me for about two minutes. LOL. I would remind everyone who contemplates igf to make absolutely sure your carb intake is up. I know everyone isn't as suspect to this like I am but just make sure. I will keep an update going. Over 17 on the right side as well. Finally. Should have my final four weeks of igf. Hoping for another .5 on each side.

ive started training arms twice a week to get them to catch up (along with my calves) and I think IGF helps. but I still got the strength difference - my left arm is just slightly weaker than my right.

do you experience that as well?

That's great news bro. Were you applying it bilat on workout days and to only your left arm on days off?

I apply to right bicep one a week and am loading up my left arm alternating sites. Outer inner bi, then long short tri.

I'll have to do that for my chest. I'm one of those "lucky" guys that have one pec slightly smaller than the other. I can't say how much I hate that.

Yeah, I like to do my chest as well, there equal but it seems to really fill them out some more...

so do u just apply to the smaller pec or both still?

Let me ask you guys this ??? Why do you think it brings up lagging bodyparts when you apply it to that area ???

what in the IGF makes it work like that

Igf theoretically causes muscle cells to split. Most people have only a certain number of muscle cells and getting them to split opens the door up to more growth. I cant remember the technical term but igf is really suppose to cause the cells to split.
