taking Clen and its effects

im thinking of just taking Clen since ive heard alot about it and could get easily. for somebody who is already cut up now do u think its worth taking?( 10-13%bd) i could def get more defined n cut up especially in the abs region and who else doesnt want more veins poppin out! but just very curioius.. how about muscle lose?? ive heard both sides saying it does and doesnt...

I would say without question it can help your bf percentage. Anytime you cut diet is gonna decide how much muscle loss as well as how strenuous the exercise is and heart rate you achieve. I think the question you really need to ask is what are your goals? Are you just cutting for a show or are you just cutting to see how ripped you can get? Clen is a good cutting drug anyway but if you are cutting for a show or something I would probably run it with something else. Clen makes me pretty nauseated even in small doses so if nothing else try a test dosage and see how that goes. You may love it. Clen is cheap as well so cost won't be an issue if you don't like it.
 
I did a 2 week cycle of Clen about a month ago and was happy. Dropped some body fat pretty quickly and didn't lose any strength.
 
It will definitely help and as long as your diet is on par you wont have to worry about losing too much muscle. Clen can have a slight anabolic effect of its own on the body. Its great for cutting, start out low and work your way up cycling 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. Good luck.
 
Clen has its pro's and cons though guys, being a vet med for asthma it isnt normally one that any medical journal is going to have reports on its effects on us as BB'rs but.....that being said I've used it stand alone but normall i still manage to run even a low dose of test along with it. I cant say a whole lot for it's anabolic qualities again due to me running low dose test at the same time.. It's greatest bennifit is that msot people tend to like running it when cutting since it allows you to cut with out the higher risk of losing muscle mass in the process.... just my .02

Clen is a good fat burner...but has to be cycled on and off, otherwise it will lose its effectiveness...
