Every jump rope in between sets???

I know this sounds gay.... But yesterday i was doing back with this chick. She is a personal trainer, so ofcourse she breaks out her jump rope in between sets of back.- if this was a dude, id punch him in the face....

But anyway, i tried it.... holly shit!! its fing hard!! I dont know if its cause i ran for a half hour before we started doing back, or its just from doing back and jump roping... but it gets the heart rate way up.
 
no jumping hurts my knees and id rather burn my cals on the elliptical and be done with it. There are a few guys at my gym that jump rope after their workout or in between one is pretty stout and a fighter so he does it for better conditioning. He can do that shit doing the seawalk and shit for like 10 minutes its nuts.
 
on my cardio days i think im doing to try it a little. Specially if my diet is a little off.
 
Its definitely good to get your heart up, anything with impact over and over just makes my knees sore as shit.
 
yeah man caught for 13 years of solid squatting double headers etc. i have articular cartilage torn in one and flaking off and torn meniscus in the other. Nothing crazy but lots of jumping definitely hurts lol.
