Recent heavy weight loss, need to tone

Alright, over about a month I dropped from 215 to 170. I am 5'10, and have a lot of muscle, but I'm not toned. I'd probably be described as "Skinny fat", people say I've gotten skinnier, but if someone saw me with my shirt off they would no longer say the same.

I have gynecomastia, I got checked out by a doctor. I DON'T TAKE ROIDS!

I am looking on a quick way to tighten up loose skin and get rid of cellulite. Most of the loose skin is on my abs, and arms. I might have hereditary arm fat, I don't know what its called, but there's little pea-sized pigments in my upper arms.

What I need to tone, (ordered in what I want to get done first)
1. Chest
2. Arms
3. Thighs
4. Abs


My chest is extremely hard except for around the very bottom and nipple.

My arms are strong, they just have loose skin and a little stubborn fat.

My thighs are very muscular, but have some stubborn fat on the inner side.

My abs are fine to me, they're small, but look chubby. I can feel my abs through a small layer of fat, probably about 1/3 of an inch.

Can any of you who have recovered from this, or have suggestions help?

Suggestions on supplements I should take?

Workouts I should do?

I work out for about 4-5 days per week, my workout usually consists of about 30 minutes of swimming, and 20 lb dumbell sets of 50-60 for each arm, I do about 20 push ups every hour.

I really need to work on my diet though, really I don't have one, I just avoid high-fat foods.
 
Bro what kind of facilities do you have access to? How long have you trained. I can come up with some stuff for you if you tell me how many days you want to work out and what kind of equipment you can get to. You need to get a set routine instead of doing the same thing every day. I can help you if you tell me what you are looking for.
