How frequently do you change your supplements?

Several people are always looking for the latest and greatest when it comes to supplements.. When you find that right stack that works for you, do you continue with that particular stack or do you change it up? How frequently do you change your supplements?

I usualy stick with it, cause if it works then it prolly wont be around long, lol, for example i cant find any ephedrine localy anymore and it sucks!

but as for bcaa and glutamine and stuff like that i always stay on that and never stop or switch it up

Yeah I use the basic's all the time (BCAA, creatine, L- glutimine, ect) but pre workout stuff I switch up to see what works and what doesnt

I use BCAA's, protein, cycle on/off creatine, and that's it. No hype, no fancy-labeled jar of propaganda. I don't have the money for all that jazz anyway, I just focus on eat, train, rest, repeat.

I use creatine mono from TrueProtein. Usually cycle it 12 on and 8-12 off. Preload and then 5g a day post work out and around that same time of day on days I don't train.

u think preloading makes a difference bro?

Yes and no. From what I've read all it does is get the creatine to a useful level faster. You could just take it at 5g a day and not preload but it would take longer to build up. There was actually a good article on here about it, I'll see if I can dig it up.

Here you go brutha.

I follow this schedule, load for 2 days then maintain, although I maintain with 5g, not 2 like he suggests. 5g is not a lot and it's cheap so I'd rather use a little more than needed. One pound of mono from TP has 91 servings at 5g each. I think one pounds is like $5-$8 depending on quality. At worst you're spending 8 cents for a 5g serving. I'm not to worried about saving money on something that's already that cheap.

Just my opinion.

got it! The reason i mainly asked is because when i first started taking creatine (EAS Phosphagen HP) I would preload for 4-5 days like the recomended dosages, but i would always read on these boards that it wasnt necessarily needed to load, but when i didnt load after reading i didnt need to, then it just didnt seem to work as well, and so i loaded again next time around and it seemed to work like a charm, so this is why i was asking cause preloading seemed to actualy make a difference for me as opposed to not preloading

By the way EAS Phosphagen hp or xp i forget was first creatine i ever used and man I thought it was going to be illegal soon because it worked so well, however shortly there after i discovered steroids, lol,

With supplements changing frequently, there are so many new formulas and different forms that they come in (powder, capsules, premixed, etc....) For the most part, I stay pretty consistent: (whey protein, glutamine, multi vitamin, omega 3's and Ramp Up)
