Weight Gainers

What are some good weight gainers. I currently take Muscle Milk CytoGainer but feel bloated afterwards plus I havent gained much. I was thinking of IDS Smart Gainer but getting mix reviews on the taste. What are other brands I can take?

The only one that I can get down, is BSN True Mass. I dont feel bad after I take it.

I like Muscle Milk's Monster Mass. Much better than the Cytogainer IMO.

I'm starting to see the reality of this more and more. I really wish I knew how much one actually absorbs from a shake. I've gone through hundreds of pounds of weight gainer yet nothing seems to match eating solid food.

I had a buddy of mine on Cytogainer, had him try Prescription Nutrition's Nutrituion to Go and he's hooked, look into it. The vanilla tastes great in milk too, won't leave you bloated.

Is that the correct name Prescription Nutrition? Did a google search and couldnt find anything.

I agree with Metal. I gave up on weight gainers long ago. Now I just eat all I can and try to do protein shakes in between.
