lol thanks man, my left arm is just under 18 inches right now so I dont know why it appears so small here
 
Looking thick brutha, hit those delts some more and you'll be sitting nice. Your traps look sick, bet they look sicker pumped!

Thanks man I didnt like these pics at all yesterday but I figured I need to post em periodically. My traps when they are pumped get a line right won the middle on the top going mediolaterally, it looks badass, lol too bad there not always like that tho
 
Nice pics brutha! And truthfully from what i can tell in just these 2 pics and from what u listed as your height and weight , you would look realy good sitting at about 180 - 185lbs, at that weight you would be shredded and look like you weigh more then you do now at 201lbs!

Not sure what your plan is in terms of bulking or cutting right now , but I do know you would look real good shredded as it seems like you have pretty nice fully muscle bellys so to speak,lol especialy in ur chest.

What are your plans if u dont mind my asking brutha?

I always want to do the hardest thing ever , basically im trying to go to 205 but lean out at the same time. So I have incorporated cardio 5 days a week.

The only time I have been really cut was when I was 172. I was 186, got 2 stomach viruses weeks apart, and than something that they thought was mono but was tested twice and it came back negative, anyhow I went from 186 to 145! (over like a 3 month period) On the way back up I had no fat so at 172 I looked really good, that sustained a shoulder injury. I went back up to a chubbier 203, than pre injury I was 198 9-10% bf Now im back on track after half a year of post injury shitty workout and horrible dieting, I am at the zero line and on my way back , and my wrist is killing me. Im considering alflutop as I dont want my wrist to delay progress.


and thanks man I actually got pretty depressed after posting the pix bc I didnt like them and figured i'd get torn apart for them but surpringly no1 did (yet)
 
I agree with presser, but I didnt want to be the one to say it first, cause some guys take it the whole wrong way. You look great now, if your bulking or leaning out. But you would look stellar at 182-85ish sitting at 11-12% BF. With that hard vascular look, your traps would be pumped 24-7 son.. Believe it!

Thanks man, Its such a mental thing with me plus when im in the 200s I love how I look in a shirt, esp my back, which I dont feel that way when Im in the 180s. Im just going to continue how im training and up the cardio a bit and see where it takes me, and if I start losing pounds, I will let myself drop instead of correcting it with more food just to keep the weight.

Bro you look good... We are going to have are ups and downs..Just keep your head up... The only person that you need to listen to is yourself and some of the guys here.. I have them ups and down days myself.. We just got to push threw them.. Good luck.. You got this !!!:thumbsup:
