I just cant handle it the way I used to.. I drank water several times while I was drinking yesterday and I still had to wake up at 1am to down a full glass of water and at 530am I still felt dehydrated..... wewww so old

yeah, I dont hardly drink at all anymore...maybe a drink or two on special events but thats about it...comes out to maybe 2-3 times a year at the very most...

I don't do it anymore either... a few months ago, I spent my entire birthday between my bed and the bathroom because I thought it would be a good idea to go out drinking the night before. I also woke up with random bruises and scrapes. Ugh... my body punished me hardcore and I'll never forget it... no desire to do that anymore! A low calorie frozen drink when the diet permits is a happy compromise for me... no more of that hard stuff! :(

I end up in this condition too often these days also. My hangovers seem to be way out of proportion with the amount of drinking the night before. So, I've pretty much quit drinking alltogether.

i drink like once or twice a drink usually like 6-8 drinks over those 1-2 nights... u think that has a big effect on muscle growth? on juice

It can certainly have an affect, more estrogen, more taxing on the liver etc

i just dont feel 100% when I drink and I like to feel 100% as often as possible.
now a buzz is all I get. getting smashed just wrecks me and puts me behind for days.

I can't drink at all anymore, I guess that's part of getting old. If I get loaded, I'm hurting for 3 days

Drinking is not in this lifestyle for me, nor will it be. Not in this sport, it sets you back way to much, and you spend more time recovering then growing. I have enough battles to deal with, why add more. lol

I've given up drinking as well. It's just not worth it and while I didnt do a double blind placebo controlled study, I do feel that improvements have been substantially better

i dont drink at all unless its for an occasion or just to socialize, i turn into a cry baby.....i dont know why.....i just wanna hug and kiss every one. its embarrassing when i here about it. so yeah, no drinking for me.
