Here are 17 week out pics. Each week or every other week, I will update this thread with pics.

weight today is 242lbs, a tad lighter this week. I was around 245lbs last week, so down a good 3lbs from last week.

Actully felt a tad flat today. Although I felt crazy strong all week long. Strengh has been great all week long.

being 17 weeks out, will you put more weight on or maintain? just curious.
 
I love ur front double bi pics bro! ur biceps are great looking from that view, mine look the best from the outsie of the bi, urs always look great on the inside! You look solid brutha!

well it depends I guess. I got my diet from Shelby today. I got 2 high carb days, 2 lows, and 3 medium days.

so my guess is my weight will, maitain this 240lbs for awhile, until we bring it down. Im gonna guess Ill be around 220-224lbs for the show, but bigger looking and fuller. (dryer, leaner, ect)
 
That sounds good, I hope that diet really makes a huge difference for you. I'm sure if the road stays clear and there's nothing unexpected coming up for this show you'll come in looking great
 
this has been a crazy week...got called back to GE after being laid off for 3 years...Guess I gotta make a decision on what to do...its been a pretty good week overall though...diet has been half way clean, not totally dieting just yet...gotta get my mind in the right state...16 weeks out, sounds best to start an all out diet
 
well starting monday im going to start my diet I got from Shelby Strarnes. I feel good, my weight is around 245lbs now. Holding conditioning really well for being this lean. Ready to get this started...
 
Had a killer delt and tricep workout last night...Felt crazy strong. Im getting fuller and rounder. My weight is up to around 245lbs now, and I feel very lean at this weight. Pic later in the week...
 
Sounds good, glad things are starting to work themselves out and you're fuller and lean at the same time
 
taken last saturday at 15 weeks out. Weight is now at 245lbs. Had a great week of training, strengh was up, on everything.

this upcoming week I'll have 2 high carb days (400 grams) 3 medium days (200 grams) and 2 low days (100 grams) Protein is 350-360 grams per day. Fats are only added in on my low carb days. No cardio yet.
