Do you rinse your deli meat?

wondering if anyone does this bc it seems all sliced turkey has a crap load of sodium
 
definitely wash thorough... All the liquid you find in those wraps is loaded with salt. That's why you really have to stay away from those canned soups. Holy crap the sodium level is through the roofs.
 
I don't rinse it, like Presser, I don't think it'll help too much. I think a lot of the sodium is in the meat and not necessarily on it

Yea. Ranks right up there with using a napkin to blot oil and grease off pizza.
 
washing will do absolutely nothing. If there was any type of bac on it, it would be all over the meat, inside and out!
