I have liquid dbol, injectable deca, and injectable test on hand, not sure how to take my first cycle. ANY advise is highly appreciated!

• 60 ML / 25 MG of liquid Dbol (methandrostenolone)
• 10 ml / 250 mg of Testosterone Enanthate
• 10 ml / 250 mg of (Deca??) Nandrolona D 20%

I was told to take 1 dropperr full of the liquid dbol ONCE a week, 1 ml of Deca and Test ONCE a week.

I was also told in 10 wks you should blow up 25 lbs at least.

Any advise? Thoughts? Recommendations?

Thanks in advance for you help!

how old are you? how long have you been lifting, how consistent are you at the gym, what can you lift?

from what you wrote my advice is research alot more and dont take anything yet

I'm 30 yrs old, 5 ft 8 in about 155 lbs. Currently on a high protein diet, only lifting heavy twice a week, (bench press, deadlift, military press, major exercises like that) minimal carbs on my diet. eating about 5-6 times a day, lots of water, don't honestly know how many calories I'm taking but I've been on this diet for about 5 wks I can see some slight results in my body, gaining strength bench press and deadlift. been lifting on and off since I was 16. I've always been an "ectomorph". My metabolism seems to be slowing down as I was gaining some belly fat. I'm a size 30-32 jeans if that helps. Thanks!

why do u have 2 post's with the same question ....im with metal85.. sorry..if u are a ectomorph try eating shit loads like 5 times a day yeah u will put on some weight but thats wat cardio is 4 right..try that first..5 weeks is nothing try bulking and come back in 3 months and say my bench has not gone up...eat eat eat bro.....oats chicken pasta..eat before gym eat after..i know its hard some times i feel sick ..but get it down ya..it works

I'm new with the whole posting and stuff. I really appreciate all your advice guys. I got the stuff from a trustworthy friend of a friend, but I wanted second and third opinions. I get sick of eating sum times but I'm coping with that. Not doing any cardio whatsoever just wanna pack on the lbs. I will do more research but all I ever run into is websites that wanna sell me stuff until I ran into this forum. there's a lot of gr8 info I just want to b as careful as possible. Thanks a million!

Ya Metal85, I work long hours (50-55 hrs Moslty 6 days a week) I work out in the evenings don't do any cardio. I was dong P90X but I stopped about 5 wks ago. (stupid question): Should I workout more days a week? Im usually sore after the 3rd and 4th day of lifting so I figured I'd let my muscles fully recover until my next workout? I'm a setting myself up for failure?

well this is the place to be lots to learn here..like train more than 2 times a week..but seriously basic exercise like u said squat bench deads.....but u also said u are on a low carb diet yet u wana pack on the pounds..aint gona work..well it will but take u a looooong time...better to pack it on then cut it up..good luck

Ok so don't worry about my carb intake? Cuz I miss my pasta, rice, potatoes and bread lol. f it imma eat everything in site. I started on a low carb diet cuz my belly was starting to look like I had a small beer belly and my abs were dissappearing. I figured it was too many carbs. This low carb high protein diet has sum what decreased my beer belly and my abs r showing again.

if u are working on your own u should be and out with no cardio with in 45-50 mins 3 times per week. time your workouts if u work hard and we all do then u gota work hard in the gym as well get in smash it get out..try a protien shake with bcaa's before bed..arrr hell its hard when u just dont know wat sort of Regine u are on dont matter wat we say really but i hope it helps.

Youre a gr8 help thanks! The more knowledge the better. Imma re-evaluate my diet and workout routines and search for more info b4 I start my first cycle. :D

you need to workout more than that esp to take stuff, unless you like throwing your money away in which case there alot of people you can donate it to instead, you really need to go more like atleast 4 days a week, I did 63-78 hour weeks for 2 1/2 years while I was in school and I still went 3-4 times a week, id do 2 muscle groups per workout, not my ideal but it worked for the time being. Do way more research and IDK if you should stack 3 things right off the bat. Get into a good routine, start seeing gains on your own first.

You've got a lot to learn before you jump into the AAS game bro, not bashing you, but based on reading your posts, you've got a wealth of knowledge to learn. I can point out many different things I noticed, but the main thing is to get your training and diet in check first and foremost. Once those are in check (I'd say it'll take a minimum of 3 months to do so) you'll be in a much better position to even think about AAS. From reading through your posts, if you got the diet in check and trained smart, you could be 180 without touching AAS. And that would be the 25 pounds that you're "expecting" to get from test/deca/dbol. Again, I'm not trying to come off like a dick, but I think you need to hear the truth, not just what you want to hear

I'm going to lay it out for you bro. If you're serious and you want to make this part of your life then you need to put that stuff away for a year or more.
1. Figure out a training split and rotation. You've got a ton of natural growth before touching anything. This is for your own future progress and advancement.
2. Eat 200g of protein a day split into at least 4 meals if not more. Eat subs, pasta, tacos, burritos, sushi, pizza. Watch your body and adjust your diet based on your strength and how you look. Off season bodybuilders aren't pretty (look at Lee Priest).
3. Integrate these things and your sleep and finances into your life as well as the possible consequences.
Lastly I don't buy the Ecto, Meso, Endo types. I was 5'8 or so in 8th grade and 120lbs. In 10th grade I weighed somewhere in the middle 160's and set my high school bench press record at 345lbs. I graduated high school at a thick 190. All this was natural. 12 years later I've been as heavy as 270lbs before prepping for this show.

He is correct- lots to work through before taking the plunge. Some good advice given.
