My back was 100% percent straight the whole time and the biggest ball buster in the gym came over when he saw me grab those and his words were good set man, so hate to burst your bubble Cheno but im retardedly strong with front shoulders (I think the way I do chest actually works out my front shoulders more than my chest and thats why my chest barely grows, but its just my anatomy)

If I had a video taken it would have been that much worse, this guy Vinny in there is an asshole, but a funny one so its cool but he was nonstop with the comments just for the quick pic. And damn if seated front hammers with 70s isnt heavy Im all confused.... I never seen anyone personally do more with that exercise (and obviously there are prolly 1000s of people who can, just never seen more myself) Formernpc got me into those in either 06 or 07, I love it

hahaha that bc my friend that took it is retarded I wanted him to get the pic from the front bc my traps were flaring and the veins on my shoulders were popped out and he manages to get a pic where the light reflection fucked every detail of me, and this is a styrofoam weight that was spray painted just to make it appear heavy

I love the blue, I used to use Inzer wraps, but after selling these to you, I took a pair for myself and I'm using the same ones now. They are very eye catching and definitely stand out better than the Inzer black with red stripes
