Do I need to taper off of Anti-p or can I stop cold turkey? I have been taking it for my progesterone induced Gyno and it has helped tremendously. Thanks guys.

not sure, but I would bet the safest way to do it would be to taper

i always just stop but as nuk said it cant hurt to taper off brutha

I don't think either way is bad, I mean if you think about it, you're always stopping cold turkey at some point.

big differeance between stopping cold turkey at a high dose then stopping after a taper, im just throwing that out there,lol

agreed lol Big c'mon. If you are doing 2 grams/wk of T.E. and you just stop one week, or if u progressively get to 250mg every 9 days than stop, pretty significant difference broham

From what I know a few buddies just stopped cold turkey at .5mg eod and it worked well. Not sure what the long term effects of it is on a consistent basis but if it is a low dose I wouldn't worry about just stopping.

Strong anti e-'s/p's sometimes have a rebound effect when stopping so if you are prone to gyno it's probably safest to taper down.

I agree with that as well and glad the rebound was brought up as it is very bad for some people
