Here are a couple pics of Sarah as she is getting ready for her first bikini show, in nov.12th. Personally, I think she should do figure, but she is determined to do bikini. But, she has 7 weeks to go, to try to get her bodyweight down..She has a little bit of fat/water to get rid of in her hams/glutes and lower back. But, the way she has really tighten up the diet the past few weeks, im pretty confident she will be ready to go.

Sarah's diet the past 2 weeks

meal 1 - 1 scp. whey isolate, 1 pack flavored oatmeal

meal 2- 8oz. talipia, 1 cup green beans

meal 3 - 1 scp. whey isolate in water (pre workout) takes a pre workout thermo, or drink like explosion.

meal 4 - 8oz. talipia, 1 cup green beans (2 days a week post workout adds in 1/2 cup white rice)

meal 5 - 1 scp. Casein mixed with 1 whole egg, 1/4 cup skim milk, and a touch of water. mix all together, bake in oven at 300 for about 8-10 mins. Makes into a protein cookie. (on higher carb days, adds in 1/4 cup of oats, makes thicker cookies)

cardio is right around 20-30 mins morning. Post workout anohter 30-45 mins. Depending on energy levels - Cardio during the week, is based on how much energy she has. there is somedays (toward thurs and fri, before her cheat meal) that she just doesnt have the energy to do the full amount of cardio. But so far it hasnt hurt her yet
 
I would advice he to stay away from weight training and go more with plyometerics workouts. This will help with bringing down her upperbody size and help with calorie burning also. Keep the legs built tight and lean. Just dont lose the ass!
 
I agree with nuk nuk, from what I've seen in the bikini comps they really look for an ass, but, that's just from observations...Either way, she looks good and should do well
 
She is keeping her butt. and its getting rounder, with more fullness and good shape. Legs are getting tighter and looking better each week. She does alot of HIT cardio, and that seems to really bring in the legs faster for her.

the thing with sarah is that she wants a certain look. I know what she wants and it might be to much for bikini, as she wants to bring in a harder, leaner look. Tight abs, lean somewhat muscular arms and delts, round butt, with some seperation in the quads. So she isnt really going for a placing or anything. She just wants to try a certain look out, then go from there.

I always liked a harder look in Bikini , atleast harder then what usualy wins, so I wish her well brutha and will she or you be posting updates, i would love to see how she progresses and exactly how much harder she wants to get. She looks great though brutha,
 
She looks great. I also agree 100% with Presser. I would like to see more than just fake tits and skinny girls sticking their ass out. I want a sculpted physique. Unfortunately Bikini judges don't seem to award that. I think your wife fits in where Bikini should be.... between current Bikini standards and Figure standards.

Looking good...Ya,I would say all plyos and some lunges for legs.
But you know what she wants, best of luck.

Thats great! Look forward to seeing the pics, not so much reading the exercise routine and diet regimen, but mostly the pics, lmao!!!
