7 week out pics - FitSarah

Here are a few pics of sarah at 3 weeks out. Ill try to get some full body one's later this weekend. She has stopped all heavy weight training, and is doing 90 mins of cardio per day, everyday. She has basically gone to eating talipia and whey isolate shakes and green beans...that is it...Its gonig to be rough 3 weeks, but she is very determine...

her diet for the next 3 weeks

meal 1 - 1scp. whey isolate, 5 large strawberrys

meal 2 - 6oz. talipia, 1 cup green beans

meal 3 - 1scp. whey isolate

meal 4 - same as meal 2

meal 5 - 1 scp. casein, 1 whole egg mixed with a touch of skim milk ( I bake this into cookies for her)

cardio is 90 mins to 2 hrs per day...No heavy weight training, only some leg stuff, glute stuff. light training for shoulders and arms...
 
A couple 10 days out pics...

her weight is around 117lbs now...she started her diet weighing 118lbs...Went up to 127lbs (gain muscle) and totally stopped any heavy weight training about 3 weeks ago...It has helped some as her weight has dropped from 122 to 117lbs the last 3 weeks...
