OK I notice alot of shit and debate it in my head that normal human beings would never even notice.
Today I thought to myself---

If someone has a system in their car, and other people can hear it 20 feet away, the owner of the sound system will get a ticket for "Noise Pollution", if the reason is because other people can hear it and dont like it (which thats def the reason) why is it that if it's nice outside and I have my window down in traffic and I can smell some fucks Cig smoke that they cant get a ticket for pollution?

It bothers me, im not smoking, so why should I have to smell it?
In comparison to someone having to hear someone else's music (which wont give you COPD, CHF, Cancer or anything like that) why the fuck doesnt the cigarette smoker get a ticket for this shit?

why should I have to roll my window up? Im not allowed to enjy nice weather bc some asshole that has to smoke???? This is why I dont go to bars, Id be arrested, 1st person to blow smoke in my face would be wearing my drink with a comment flying right after it saying I smell like your bad habit, you smell like mine
 
you can enjoy the weather and so can they...

just like the fat bastards have every right to go to the mall, if I don't like hearing their comments or looking at their fat rolls I shouldn't go to the mall

this is why over the years I have become more of a shut in so to speak, I don't like hearing stupid people...
 
thats totally different, if people were smoking those electronic cigs that dont smell I wouldnt give a fuck, a fat person by you doesnt make you smell like fat, a person smoking by you makes you smell like smoke, and breath in smoke, so pretty damn different, If people were holding an unlit cig I wouldnt give a shit, or if the cig didnt get into my lungs, hair and clothes I wouldnt give a shit, however it does, you cant even walk into a grocery store, or restaurant without walking through a cloud of dirt's smoke and why is that fair to people that are pregnant, or people holding infants, or people with terrible asthma????? because one person elects to smoke all these other people have to suffer? That makes sense I guess.
 
yeah good point, still their constitutional right

I hate smelling a fart but if someone rips one that's their right

give it time and everyone will only be allowed to smoke in their house

I thought it was a country wide ban , but maybe i was mistaken, but you CAN NOT LEGALY SMOKE IN BARS ANYMORE HERE IN NEW JERSEY OR IN PHILLY.

You can smoke in bars or clubs out where you live at? Its the LAW law here and bar owners actualy can get fined for allowing patrons to smoke in their place of business.
 
yeah its the amount of food they serve like 25% or more of there sales or something, and I cant even sit out infront of starbucks on a nice day bc the smoke. I would understand in a bar, bc you are going to a bar so expect it, but I really am not allowed to enjoy the weather outside a starbucks? tht shits crazy
 
heh look its getting better , years ago people smoked everywhere, grocery stores, malls, airplanes ,you name it,
