Does anyone do these anymore? I remember they used to be very popular with curls, but I've seen people do them on leg curls and other different movements, but it's been a while
 
I haven't seen anyone do them for quite some time at my gym and haven't done them myself for a while.
 
I used to do them all the time.. Killer pump from the... I'm going to have to throw them in sometime...
 
Maybe I'm to young to know but can someone tell me what is 21s
You use dumbbells or a barbell and if you was doing bis.. You would start with your arms haning down and do 7 half reps and then start at the top and do 7 half reps going half way down and then do 7 full reps and then you have 21's.. If this helps out !! they are a killer pump Bro.. Give them a try !!!
 
Like Lightsout said it's basically like doing the bottom half of the movement for 7 reps, then the top half of the movement for 7 reps then 7 full reps for a total of 21. They are killer to throw in once in a while. I'm going to start to do them for at least one body part a week. It's going to take some thinking on which exercise to do for say chest and shoulders and back, but I think it's managable
 
Still do them atleast once a week for atleast 3 sets (top 7, mid 7 bottom 7) as well as 'ol school prison curls for atleast 3 sets of 6-10 reps.
