I was just going to work up to a 1RM to see roughly where I was at, well I did that and then went a little past that. I ended up only getting 455 for 1 rep, I didn't get any higher than that, but I still was feeling good so I decided to drop the weight and do reps which is something I never do on deadlifts. I dropped it down to 405 and did 6 reps then 365 for 8 and 315 for 10 so I know I'm going to be tore up tomorrow.
Do you guys do deads for reps (high) or just do up to like 5 reps? I feel that if I do too many reps in a set I lose form and that kinda defeats the purpose at that point.
