test cyp (or just a longer acting type of test, maybe even sust, or omad's) 1000-1200mg wk
eq & deca (combo of both seems to work best for me) 300mg of each per wk
tren ace 300mg wk (100mg 3x wk)
hgh 5 iu's EOD
humalog 10 iu's 2 x ED
igf 1 100mcg per workout (3-4 x per wk)
something like this works pretty good...
