Doing first cycle ever need a few insights

23 y/o, 6'2, 205lbs, ~15% BF and wanting to do a Test E cycle with IGF-1 oral drops (not sure if they do much) but need to get all my ducks in a row before going full on with anything.

My buddy ran a few things about a year ago and he told me that Test E is good for starters. He also told me that I should use an estrogen blocker to avoid gyno.
Was planning on running this:
400mg of Test E, 200mg monday then 200mg on thursday.
I take the IGF-1 twice a day morning and night.

I need help on if that looks fine, and also what kind of Estrogen blocker and Post Cycle should I be looking at.
Also Gyno is the #1 thing I want to avoid. I heard that 400mg of test isnt likely to get gyno but just to be on the safe side.

Test 400mg is good, drop the IGF oral shit, its garbage. Get you some real IGF from the muscle chemistry store here. Take nolvadex 20 mg a day to help fight the gyno. If signs start to show, up it to 40mg a day.
 
Throwing Around- your first cycle is going to be your best one, meaning your receptors are wide open and will absorb everything to maximize your growth and developement. Since you made your decsion to go on a cycle you should get the most out of it, meaning dont just happen into it or just try it....if you're sure you want to take this step then you should add one or two more injectables along with a good oral so that you get every benifit and reap the awards of hard work, training, diet and new shape to your phsique.

I am with Nuk, the IGF drops / spray is junk and a waste of your money. Muscle Chemistry sells the best IGF on the market and I would highly recommend adding this to your arsenal, you wont be sorry. If you're going to run IGF dont waste time with other companies, you will get the best feedback, advise as well as the best product out there.

Okay that being said, my friend said I should/could stack Tren with this test. Think that's a good idea? I'm trying to hit the bare min of health risks haha. I know that sounds stupid since I've decided to run these.

You definately shouldn't stack. Total waste. If I were you I would do 200mg per week. The body can only put on so much muscle so fast. With your first cycle at 200mg per week you will put on as much muscle as is possible. Focus on your diet.
I would add MC IGF to help you lose bodyfat. 200mg per week of test E and maybe 40mcg a day of MC IGF will give you substantial gains as long as your diet is good.

What your diet like?
my diet is very clean now, and has been for the past 2 weeks. I'm not planning on starting cycle for another 3-4 weeks. and do you think 200mg should be enough?

200mg will be plenty. That's all I used my first time and it was under dosed Mexican Brovel garbage. I think I gained like 25lbs in 10 weeks
 
DO NOT USE TREN UNTIL YOU'VE HAD A FEW CYCLES UNDER YOUR BELT. I do not recommend introducing that unless you're experienced. I hate when people recommend new users throw that in. You need to see you react with minor sides before you introduce one substance that'll give you the worst sides you can go through. Tren is awesome, but it's harsh and I truly believe you need to see how you act with simple compounds like test before you jump into tren. 200mg a week should be fine, but if you're not seeing much you can always up the dose. If you start at 400mg then you won't know if you could've gotten aay with 200mg
 
dont forget to eat to grow, clean though. Two schools of thought. One is, first cycle max your gains with larger cycle.
Other is, first cycle you shouldnt need too much. My first was 200 or 250mg a week test-E. Not huge gains but noticable.
That is all I was looking for at the time, didnt want to be obvious I was on. Would have been better if I put effort into diet
though. Keep us posted.
 
as long as your diet is right 200-300mg once per week is enough mine was 250mg once per seven days..drop the tren mate sides aint worth it...yes its the bomb..but sides are crazy..im sure u wont get gyno on 200-300mg but u need nova for pct any way so get it keep it use it if u need it.
i dont know wat other guys think but 2 weeks of dbol is great with test e just until it kicks in..plus u get the effect right away and when u take your first AAS some times that 2 weeks before the test kicks in u wonder why it aint working..i wish i would of done it..but that being said i get gyno of dbol always..but its a great kicker..but we are all different i dont get gyno of 600mg of test but will get it on 30mg of dbol..also i would not run test e any less than 10 weeks..i did read your post but maybe i missed the length of your course..

Yea im not sure im gonna do the whole kick starters thing. I was thinking of 400mg a week split into 200mg mondays and 200mg thursdays. Most likely doing 10 weeks. How long do you think it would take to kick in with just taking the Test e?
 
Yea I got a good diet lined up with tons of clean protein. I'm good with diets when i want to be. But if im going to do this im gonna go 400mg a week just so i dont feel like im sticking myself for little gains
 
Gains are inevitable if you consume the right amount of calories. 400mg will work, but you may see the same results at 200mg if you eat plenty of food. Either way, 200 or 400 you'll notice gains. 10 weeks will probably be plenty for your first cycle
 
should take 10 14 days to kick in fully..u know test E is a long chain ester...so u dont need to pin twice a week if u dont want to u could just pin 1-1/2ml that would give u more than enough test and not feel like a pin cuchion..HAVE A THINK about that..u got lots of guys telling u 2-250ml is more than enough..some peeps on here who have been doing aas for a long time will only go 4-600ml of test per week..more is not always better..food for thought..
 
Don't have any expectations for your first cycle. Pretend you are not on gear - like nothing is different. Do what you have always done which should be eating lots of food, training like a demon, and getting adequate rest. If things don't go as expected, there is always another cycle. But at the end of the day, there is no way that you won't be bigger and stronger than you are now :)
