OK WTF I drink tons of water, eat pretty good, get my juice in, have enough potassium in my diet------ wtf gives??
We did 3 sets of 10 on 30" box jumps than----
4th set was landing into a full squat and jumping back up for 10.
I had to sit down and was borderline locked completely up. it was immanent but did't happen, just hurt really bad for about 2-3 minutes
need help-
I stretched and was warmed up, this was after my shoulder workout
