Glute Bridges...

I saw a women doing these the other day when I went to a different gym. Now I know they're great for building your glutes, but do any guys do these? I can foresee this being an exercise that every other guy in your gym makes fun of you for doing. I've got no glutes whatsoever and actually look like a frog walking, but I don't think I'd be willing to do these any where except maybe at my house

I do a lot of glute specific exercises but I'm not sure what a glute bridge is

Haha, this is definitely not something I'd do in public. And if I did and others started doing them, I'd feel like the biggest prick for causing other guys to do this in a gym lol

HA, lol I was about to say something, but I have seen some woman at the gym doing them and it's not bad when SOME of them are doing that exercise but a man no no no
