Wow! How much bigger can this guy get? He seems to have the genetics to hold a lot of weight, but I'd have to agree that he may have some trouble soon. Mass is mass, and GH does affect the heart. Does anyone have any video of him? Curious to know if he breathes hard like Piana.

its like who is the biggest daredevil and who likes to tickle God's toes..........this guy blew up so fast from 3 years ago....wouldn't surprise me like the rest of you if his heart just blows a valve.....so and steady wins the race unless you're looking to punch your ticket early to get to the after life...
theres a video of him posing on here i posted and he is heaving pretty heavily from just posing for about literally 3 minutes.

I'm the same hiegth as him. 5'10". I weigh 225. I could not imagen beig that's big. He has to be so uncomfortable. Wonder if he still is able to have sex. Or use the rest room by himself

this is true, my buddy had a Grand Opening at his supplement store years ago and had Greg come for the Grand Opening and he said his lady went into the rest room with him, i posted this many many years ago as i couldn't believe it, thats way too big! On a side note my buddy passed a way a couple years ago, very sad.
and I'm 6'3 and use to sit between 310-320lbs for the longest time and it was way uncomfortable for me and I'm tall lol, so i couldn't imagine being that short (no offense) lol, and weighing that much, no way man! I feel just right now days sitting at 270-280lbs , its just right for me

Damn dude. At my heaviest I was in the high 270's. It was horrible. I don't let myself get much over 250 now. I'd love to be a really lean 240. I just get so sick of having to order clothes and then have them tailored. I tried on like 15 shirts from different places last week at the mall and the biggest any nice designer had was a 2xl and I could've split those right down the back... If I could've fit my arms in and that's after almost a 4 month lay off.
I gave up on wearing normal shit lol, i wear cargo pants and cargo shorts, and i own every Under Armour shirt ever made in every color and style lol, fuck it, i wear what fits and i just keep buying the same shit over and over and over lol,

All I have is cargo shorts, one pair of tailored jeans, two pair of cargo pants, and one pair of slacks that I had tailored. I can't wear crew necks anymore as they strangle me, so all of my shirts are v neck and they are hard to come by. It's frustrating, but there are trade offs with everything I suppose. I just can't imagine being bigger than I am in shape (250's). Can you imagine having to wear slacks and a dress shirt each day???!!!

I just buy everything oversized, jeans and wear a belt-shirt 1 or 2 sizes too big so that way I don't have to deal with all the Wal-Mart toothless rednecks looking and laughing when I'm at the gym-yes you read that right if you are over muscular at the gym fat fucks point and laugh at you
