My second cycle

Please friends help me. I'm new in forum and i want your opinion. I will make cycle:

week 1-10 Testoseron Enathate depo 250mg/ml, 500mg per week
1-10 Deca Durabolin depo 50mg/ml, 200mg per week
6-12 Dianabol 40-50mg a day

It's that good or no??

And the other thing what I want to ask is: Tell me what protection do i need in the time of cycle and then for the therapy? For now I have Proviron.... and that's all..for now.
I am 176cm tall and 82kg weight, 26year old.

You got any PCT planned, or going to use an AI/SERM to prevent estrogen related sides?

I personally would use the Dianabol in the first 4-6 weeks to kick start unless you was planning to use it to bridge to PCT.

I'd also run the Test E & Deca for 12 weeks. Test E is a slow ester and will take a while to kick in.

For your PCT take into account the Decanoate ester and let it clear/drop to adequate levels before starting.
 
Yeah would kick start your cycle with the dbol for 4-6 weeks. And I would run the test and deca for 12-16 weeks.
 
Okay, guys. Will shoot deca and test for 12 weeks, and the first 6 weeks will take dianabol. But I'm not sure what else besides Proviron should take over these 12 weeks for protection!?

you can grab everything you need at the MC store, Advanced Supplements grab some anti-estrogens for the test , or anti-progesterones for ur deca and dbol, its ur call! but we have whatever ya needs and its all on sale buy 1 get 1 free right now
 
yes switch your dbol to the beggining, and add something for estrogen protection like nolva bloat or something along those lines

and during your cycle take some milk thistle & NAC to help with liver function as well.
be sure to pick up some PCT items so you are ready for when you come off again you can find them at the MC store.
 
@Largo, I agree with Lightsout on this one, Test and Deca for 16 weeks is ideal.

The Decanoate ester takes quite a while to build up and so is best used over a longer period.
 
I would rasie the deca to about 500mg/week

run an anti-estrogen from the MC store

Thanks for your answer, but do you think that this is only my second cycle. These doses are a little high for me. I do not have much experience
 
With too long esters you are going to have a small problem at the end of your cycle. You are going to have to wait for the deca and the test E to get out of your system before proper pct can take effect. Run like 75-100mg of Test P or A, E/O day or Every 2 days the very last two weeks of your cycle after you discontinue the deca and Test E. Have the aquadex ready at the beginning of the cycle to help with AI and bloating from the Dianabol. With these two additions it will be a better cycle, a safer cycle, and more effective at the end with the Test P, or A. You can start pct 3 days after your last Test Prop or Ace inj.
 
Your diet has a lot more to do with it than gear. Personally I don't think you need more than 250mg test, 250mg Deca, and a small kickstart with Dbol. ESPECIALLY if you are using Proviron. That's what I use at about 250lbs.
Get some Anti E, the Nolva Bloat, and a Clomid product.
Other than that make sure your diet is good. Lots of protein IMO from red meat, clean carbs and fats. 8+ hours of sleep per night

Proviron is not enough for anti E. - 50mg a day??
 
Brother, just an honest opinion, if you only gained 13 lbs from your first cycle and still only weigh 180 lbs at 5'7, that tells me that you don't know how to properly eat. I gained 27 lbs from a 4 weeks of epistane at 30,30,40,40 mg ed for my first cycle.

Also, I think you need to do a little more research. You're asking about letro. If you use gear, you should know all the AI's , dopamine agonists, serms, and other ancillaries by heart. You should know common dosages for each and the pros and cons of one drug versus another. You should know what blood work tests and categories you should get after your cycle and how each different drug is known to affect those categories. All this information does not come from brute memorization, but just the result of the level of research you should put into this before self medicating (which is what using AAS is doing).

And one final thing is that if you are just doing this so you can be like 190 or 200 or some arbitrary number than you shouldn't use gear. I guarantee you that you could use gear to your hearts content for the next year and continue with your diet or just eat correctly and train smart and hard and the results would be very similar. If you choose to use gear it should be because you train so hard that you physically can't train any harder without your body failing on you. It should be because you can't see your life playing out any other way. If you would be just as happy collecting stamps as you would getting jacked, then go fucking collect stamps. And being 26 with a cycle under your belt and still only weighing 180 makes me think that you probably aren't living for this.

Anyone ever heard of Letromina / Letrozole? Is that good for anti E

if thats what you want to use "letrozole" then go grab the Anti-Estro from Advanced Supplements its 30ml x 2.5mg/ml , you can get everything you need there
 
Your body is primed to suck in protein and amino acids two times a day. When you wake up and after you workout. So that's the least you should do that's the easy part. Just mix a protein drink upon waking and after u workout. If you want to put on muscle add maltodextrin or carbs to your post workout at least 2-1. 3-1 ratio is optimal. 5 hours after you workout your body is primed. 24 hours after you workout your body is primed. So basically when you workout every meal is important.

Yeah cobra is right man you need to eat. My average day.

Wakeup: 25 gram fast absorbing protein shake
1 hour later: Eat breakfast/take vitamins
1hour later: Workout for an hour then 40g protein/80g maltodextrin shake (so 2-2.5 hours passed since breakfast)
1hour later: vegetable abundant salad or meal with chicken or beef or fish. Need your vitamins after you work out
2-3 hours later: another small meal
2-3 hours later: another small meal
2-3 hours later: 30g slow absorbing protein (calcium caseinate) bedtime

So with shakes that's 7 meals a day minimum. I put on 12 lbs in two months with no gear over the summer doing this everyday. Not one beer. Not one soda. Hardly any bread.

I couldn't have said it better. This is the honest truth. Stepping into the world of AAS is not good for your health. It simply isn't. As bodybuilders we make choices and sacrifices to do what we love. Knowledge, Conviction, and lasting desire are all important.
Unless you can post up a detailed enumerated meal plan that you are following my advice would be to steer very clear of AAS. You obviously don't had the requisite knowledge and it appears that you don't have the basic principles. It's been years but I gained like 30lbs on my first cycle of Mexican Brovel Test and kept 27. I was a pretty lean 185 or so as well.
