What's the maximum amount of protein you ingest at once

I know there's tons of theories on this. Anything you take with protein to try to increase uptake that is natural such as ginger?
 
Its relative to the individual for sure. I'd say 60 is a pretty good amount but I have known people who did 100 and tolerated it fine, no bloating or distention. Im keeping mine around 45 per meal.
 
Typically I try to eat 30-40g for 5-6 meals. I will sometimes eat a meal at 69-80, but IMO a lot of the protein gets wasted through excretion.

I normally try to take in no less than 45. I figured if I take in more, then its just that much better. If I "pass it through", then so be it. But I want to give my body as much as it needs/wants.
 
It depends

It all dpends on what works for you, I know if I take in 100 grams per serving I can clear out a whole grocery isle with ass gass.
 
i drink 60-90 grams at a time, all depends but always at least 60 grams per drink
 
I have noticed a slow but steady amount of protein say 30-50 grams shake, then food as well help you grow more. Ideally if you could take 25 grams every hour provided steady growing but that unrealistic since people have jobs ...
Also there are a lot of factors too aas, insulin, t3, so many factors while on. Slin, I could eat nonstop and gain no weight ..

Sounds like a lot to me. I imagine being close to 300lbs you need a lot of protein to hold on to and build muscle!

well I drink pre made shakes, and they're 30grams each, and i sometimes think they might be full of shit with their listed protein so i drink a 3rd one just incase lol, and its not a lot cause i barely eat lol and carb cycle daily, so it is just right for me.

thats odd about if your using Insulin that you could eat non stop and not gain any weight, at least i find that odd lol
 
i dont really have a maximum amount of protein per meal more like a minimum of 30g at any sitting.
i find if i eat more carbs i can lower the protein and vice versa
 
I eat a minimum of 60 grams of protein per meal, 90 grams is the goal. It's expensive, and I want to switch to grass fed meat. :uhoh:

yeah it gets real expensive, but fuck it right lol
 
I was looking for whole foods and shakes. Yeah I think the easiest thing protein wise would be to pretend you are a lion and live at the zoo. Im trying to hit 60 right now per pop.
