I know there's tons of theories on this. Anything you take with protein to try to increase uptake that is natural such as ginger?

I have noticed a slow but steady amount of protein say 30-50 grams shake, then food as well help you grow more. Ideally if you could take 25 grams every hour provided steady growing but that unrealistic since people have jobs ...
Also there are a lot of factors too aas, insulin, t3, so many factors while on. Slin, I could eat nonstop and gain no weight ..
Sorry forgot to add I was running GH which is a great fat cutterthats odd about if your using Insulin that you could eat non stop and not gain any weight, at least i find that odd lol

I eat a minimum of 60 grams of protein per meal, 90 grams is the goal. It's expensive, and I want to switch to grass fed meat. :uhoh:
