Opinions on importance of professional labeling

Obviously sterility and potency are what's most important when buying gear.


BUT


In my opinion, the look of the gear is also important. Professional, uniform labeling would certainly sway my decision when choosing from 2 reputable labs. I feel if you can take the time to make your product look professional, then it's a good indication of the time and effort you put into the product itself.


Does it matter all that much to you?

It depends - if I *know* who's making it, as long as the label gives me the information I need - all is good. Buying online, yes, attention to detail on the label does tend to suggest that they pay attention to *all* details - even if it's not true
 
If I know who I am dealing with, I actually prefer that the product contains no label. A code number would be good enough for me.

Reading reviews on a bunch of supplements... the look of the product labeling is almost always a make or break for a lot of people, I didn't agree too much with it until I actually got a cheaper label and it made me grimace a little bit.. I usually get cellucor products for supplements, etc... but decided to try a muscletech instead.. the muscletech label is a cheap wrap around a plain bottle that easily falls off compared to cellucor who makes very high quality looking labels...
I'd imagine it's absolutely the same with gear, side by side if you saw two of the same products you'd always grab the one that had "higher quality" labeling.. it just looks more professional, like there is more care in the product and more thought in how to present something.
 
Great topic Jozifp103! I have used bad gear with a great presentation, I have used killer gear with a generic presentation. I have seen quality labs making quality gear with a great presentation go to shit but still stayed on top because of there presentation for months until reviews started going around. Those days they would just change there name but still be the same bunk gear. These days hiding behind a quality presentation with a bad product is hard thanks to the internet.

yeah I've bought a few things over the counter with shitty labels and first thing i thought was its probably garbage, lol and once we start thinking something is going to suck, chances are you'll find issues with it even if there aren't any! So with that said its always good to have professional labels. As for gear, i could careless about labeling as long as the product inside is real! A lot of legit compounding pharmacies who fill scripts have horrid return address generic as fuck all labels, and its great product!

Yeah since gear is more underground I could see a lot of better quality products still having shit labels compared to something like supplements (I see reviews on supps of people giving it a 5/10 b/c of taste and labeling even though it performed 10/10 for them...).
 
Great discussion guys :). I agree that when it all boils down, labeling is irrelevant, but I also believe that a truly professional lab will produce quality gear with professional appearance, and will not half ass any part of their production. If I was stuck between buying from 2 labs that I knew were both top notch, I would pick the one that had a more professional looking product.
 
One more thing that I've found is important to me is consistency in advertising on a site and the product received. If you're putting up a pic advertising a product, I want it to look the same as what I get in the mail. It's another thing that when I just THINK about it it doesn't seem like a big deal but once I experienced it I was very offput and questioning what I received was the right thing.
 
Love the topic and agree with what all had to say but have to throw cost in there somewhere. Right now times are tough and price unfortunately must play a big roll.

and as i stated above really good prescribed gear made at a compounding pharmacy has labels so bad that if you tried to sell it to someone , they would laugh at you lmao, so its all relative i suppose!
 
I used to get a script for test cypionate 200mg it was crazy expensive. Around $200 for 10cc, crazy. Never got to the label part.

Yep. A good looking label would be good if a person were to be a re-seller to his buds or whoever.
 
The label is the final bit of the entire process, and the one where people tend to skimp the most since it is what is inside the bottle that matters. To me, the label shows pride in craftsmanship. If the lab does not care about how their product looks, does not have pride to make their product look professional, what else are they not caring about? While it may not be true, it makes me think the product inside is inferior when the lab does not care what the final product looks like. It comes down to pride in your product. Don't skimp out on the last step if you worked hard to make every other step amazingly good.

That said, if someone could make SARMs that actually taste good (and are still legit), it could have a label written in pencil by a 9 year old and I would be buying that shit up. :)
 
I don't need anything colorful and flashy. I just appreciate a nice, neat, professional looking label. The more it resembles an actual script, the better in my book. Unless I know exactly who's making it and what's inside, I'm going to trust the lab that looks the most professional. Which is why I really took a liking to the new stamped labels on PSL's Euro-Pharm vials. It's not flashy and cartoonish, it's just nice and uniform, neat, and to the point.
