A little about myself before diving in. I am 19, male, 6'1 and weigh 215 with a BF% of 19-21. My goal is to get down to 10-12% within the next couple of months. Diet is in check, eating a deficit everyday obviously since I am trying to cut. I plan on starting a clen cutting cycle coming up to help lose the remainder of the weight as I started two months ago at 260 and who knows how high my bf% was. I use to just constantly work on bulking up and worrying about increasing my maxes and didn't care how much I weighed but that has changed dramatically. Before I get any grief on my age however, I do not plan on taking steroids or testosterone until I am older. I lift with guys who started when they were young and they highly advised me not to start until I am in my mid 20s. With that being said though, I do plan on starting a clen cycle in the coming weeks and want to get input on what I have gathered/plan to do so far. I plan on doing the 2 weeks on 2 weeks off with an ECA stack on my off weeks. I have a cycle written out, but being my first time with this type of thing it is bound to change based off what sides I experience, but I do plan on starting at 40 MCG and taking it from there. Will post what I have came up with so far below. In addition to the clen, I will be taking 2-4 potassium gluconate (595mg) which is 99mg of potassium per pill to help with cramps. I also will be taking about 5g of taurine per day. I have Tylenol extra strength on standby for headaches per advice of a fellow gym member who said that it is a must. I also have benadryl if sleeping is an issue, although I read somewhere it actually helps so you don't build up an immunity to clen as bad? Nothing to the effect of ketotifen but I plan on alternating 2 on 2 off so I don't think that will be a problem anyways. Does this all seem to be in check and is there anything anyone would change or add? I have been thinking about adding T3 as well but have read a lot of places that strips muscle as well if you aren't on some form of test which I am not yet due to my age so have leaned away from stacking it with that unless I get some good advice to stack it. I defiantly am not trying to cut any muscle, just BF. Here is what I have came up with so far but like I said, this will probably change based off of how my body reacts to it and how bearable the sides are for me.
Day 1: 40 MCG
Day 2: 60 MCG
Day 3: 80 MCG
Day 4: 80 MCG
Day 5: 80 MCG
Day 6-14: 100 MCG
Day 15: Two week break from clen, ECA stack on this two week break.
