For those of you who may not know me from other places on the web, my name is 3J. I am a certified sports nutritionist and owner of 3Js Nutrition Network, a company dedicated to the most advanced avenues of nutrition and training philosophies applied to the goals of my clients. I want to take a moment and thank Presser and all the staff at muscle chemistry for opening their doors to me on the forum and welcoming me in such an honorary fashion. Over the years i have helped many people reach life changing results. I have helped everyone from the average Joe to the pro level bodybuilder, MMA figher, NHL, NFL, MLB, and models reach their specific goals through sound nutrition and training programs custom tailored to each clients needs.
After speaking to Presser, I will be on this forum regularly answering questions about gear, training, and nutrition all while writing articles on subjects that matter to the most important people on this forum, the members!! I will be opening a free diet advice thread in a branch of the forum which will be readily available to all members and guests of the forum that would like to get a free critique of their diet and improve their abilities to reach their goals.
