I know this is the wrong forum for this and will be happy to move it but most members never use the diet forum. Why is everybody asking so many questions on what to take/ how much VS starting with and sharing there diet plan? Would you rather add a extra protein, carbs or fat grams to your daily intake or spend more $ adding gear? Anybody know the saying "work smarter not harder"?

When I added the most quality muscle and reached just over 300lb. This way my general meal plan I followed everyday for 5 months.

Meal one
4 am
Whey 50 grams and 20 grams glutamine and back to sleep

6 am
14 egg whites
Oatmeal
1tbs of EVOO or almonds


9am
Casein/whey/egg shake (70 grams) with EVOO or
Almonds

10am workout


11-12am post workout
50g whey mixed with 3 packs flavored oats/ 20 grams glutamine


1 pm
Chicken/turkey/fish
sweet potato
Veggies
0 fats

3 pm
tuna and brown rice, no fats

6pm
same as 3pm meal

9pm
lean beef or fish, steamed greens,EVOO or almonds

11pm before bed
14 egg whites yes everyday before bed with 20g glutamine
