So many guys are recommending these retarded cycles for "bulking" or "cutting" and in both cases I think they are crap. So say for an advanced or seasoned guy that wants to put on some muscle, but stay beach ready. What are the simplest things you would recommend.
I would keep mine simple and what's works for me
2lbs of lean beef a day
Other than that, just be sensible. I think you can eat Subway, Firehouse, or whatever a few times a week and still stay super lean and gain. I would keep meal replacements and bars to maybe once or twice a day.
I would do 45 minutes on the treadmill 5 days a week. I would like to meet the person who says they can't fit this in.
Here's where I differ. Weights 3 times a week. You'd be training each bodypart once every 10 days or so. I would do one compound movement and the rest would be machines. Im liking doing the FST7 every couple of workouts, but NOT each time.
Lastly the drugs... oh the drugs... I'll list them in order of importance
1. 500 mg of test... preferably test Prop at 150mg EOD
2. 50mcg of MC IGF (because this is easy to get people don't appreciate it's effects) I don't know why this is... everyone is chasing exotic crap and GH when they can get better results and guaranteed quality...
3. Deca at 400-600mg a week...
LAST and this is icing on the cake would be Proviron at 50mg a day or Masteron at 400mg a week.
You should also be doing ECA 3 times a day. Another product that is vastly underrated.
No you're not going to gain 20lbs in 4 weeks, but you will gain muscle as fast as your body can process the food and you will stay or get hard and dense as well as dropping bodyfat very quickly if you can stick to it. I find myself posting this advice time after time so for some of the search say guys... here it is... I'd love to hear opinions or alterations from anyone else
 
I know this might sound odd, but i wanna try the following cycle to gain slowly while keeping lean, 200mg propionate eod is a given50mcg daily igf-1 lr3now thats my all the time shit, but i would like to add the following 10mg daily dianabol20mg daily OstarineI think if nothing else, i would be able to keep my muscle bellies full, and maybe not gain much muscle if at all, but im pretty satified where i am at size wise, but wouldnt mind adding the dianabol at a super low dosage to se if i cant keep the muscles hydrated without spilling over subcutaneously in terms of food, i still eat like a fucking bird, anyhow for me this would be a lean gainer maybe, i dont know honestly lol, just somehting i been tossing around in my head

Ha!!! I cry like a girl on Tren and can sit and talk about feelings for hours! I think Masher has the better of the two. That stuff makes me look freaky, but it's just unbearable mentally.
I tell you what Presser.. I've cut my doses by 2/3 and I've kept all my strength and look BETTER using the LGD and IGF... although I personally think the bigger guys need to be doing 80 - 100mcg a day. After that it's just freaky perma pump, but up to that point I see benefits in my looks and strength. I had to swap out an intercooler pipe on my truck the other day... should have been a 20 minute job, but my arms and forearms got so pumped up that not only could I not bend my wrist or fingers... but I couldn't get my arm into the engine bay to fit the new pipe on... a 20 min job took me 2 and a half hours!!! I had to wait for the pumps to subside and then I only had a minute or two of working before they would pump right back up...
 
Nice Dude! Add in 50mg of superdrol a day and the pumps are even worse. Holding my phone to my ear is the worst. I'm alternating hands to keep my bis from burning lmao.
 
about to start a cycle that's similar to what you recommend. How would you break up the different shots each day ?

After so many years I have to make notes of when I do shots or I'll forget. I would do 1cc or Deca and 1cc of Masteron with the Prop twice a week. Even long esters I like to administer split up over the week.
 
Do you see any issue with 100mgs Mast mixed with the prop EOD and the Deca twice a week (say the days i don't shoot test/mast) @200mgs each time?

Nice stats. Appreciate the info. I see you prefer to shoot the delt, is soreness the same for you in the delt as the glute? I'm smaller than you at 230 lbs, 5'11". You think 2cc's in one delt is too much?

In my opinion yes, 2cc will hinder you. I do the larger injections in Thighs and glutes. Smaller I do chest, delt and tricep. Usually no more than 1cc, sometimes 1.5 but no more than that.

That's funny! Im sure he looks small compared to you brother. I just looked up his stats, says he is 6'1. I digress, but the above cycle is a good lean mass builder and the Tren E will take a few weeks to build a tolerance- best advice start small and work up. All my lean mass is from this cycle.
