hello everyone..im 23 yrs old 5.8 ft tall and i weigh 150 pounds..im planning on starting my first steroid cycle...i wanna get lean and build muscle at the same time as i have some fat...i wanna know what would be the best stack to lose fat build muscle and to reduce joint and muscle pain...i have tried crazymass legal steroids but they dint workout for me....i hit the gym 6 days a week sunday is off..and i consume around 1.5k cals as im cutting...lost fat and a bit of muscle in a month..i dont wanna be very huge just ripped and muscular ...i hope u people help me out..thank u

just testosterone cycle is all you need with proper diet Brutha , no need to stack a bunch of gear. I would do 250mg a week of testosterone enanthate maybe 500mg a week first few weeks then back down to 250mg . 12 week cycle is plenty to add quality lean muscle and a solid diet will help a lot! 6 days a week could also be hindering gains as you'll want to take off at least two -3 days s week to rest , repair and grow

+1 On alll dis. Up those calories. To be honest, I lift so hard I can barely go 4 days in a row. Im destroyed so often that I cant imagine only resting one day. Lift hard and smart. I feel like you can prob make some very good gains with just increasing intensity/volume and Upping calories and not even have to get on gear yet. But do you bud.

Sidenote: Increasing calories will also increase the recovery process.

thank u...capsules are good or injections?i have found 40mg capsules in my place can i go with that? and does it cause bloating or water retention?if yes then what should i stack it with? and how many cals should i consume?how many grams of carb protein and fats?i dont have any medical history except for migraine but i dont have it now...i dont want water weight i want to look ripped with muscle and muscle hardness...i hope u answer all my questions and sorry if its too lenghty...thanks again and thanks everybody who replied

BUMP THAT!!! a lot of people believe that lifting weights is how you grow, that is a misnomer!! I always use this analogy, "Getting a Suntan". Getting a Tan is about staying in the sun for just the correct amount of time to STIMULATE Melanin in your skin for the tan. Like hitting the iron to stimulate growth. If you stay in the sun too long you get sunburned just as if you are in the gym too much your muscles get broken down too much and cant recover and grow(get bigger). In either case you don't accomplish what you started out to achieve; a great tan or bigger muscles. Hope that helps. Of course there is nutrition, just as important as recovery and stimulation. So to recap, just the correct amount of Stimulation + correct Nutrition + recuperation = BEAST MODE!!!

Honestly man, you need to do some more time and research everything some more. Don't do capsules. If you don't want to bloat you need to run low amounts of test or even run Test Prop. Diet and genetics will dictate whether you bloat or not as well as estrogen. Its not a miracle drug dude. Everything takes time.

No one really WANTS water weight, and everyone WANTS muscle hardness... (unless you powerlift) its just a process to get there.
 
Test only is all you need. 250-500mg ew of test e or c.

Make sure you have a proper ai. Start with say Aromasin 12.5mg every 3 days.

Start your pct 2 weeks after your last pin. Have your ai nolva and clomid all squared away. Add in a test booster or something if you want.
 
thanks again everyone...im gonna start test e(sustrone 2ml) on monday and thursday...is 400 mg enough or i should go for 500 mg?and do i have to take any AI like aromasin every 3 days like tx terror said?or just test e only for 12 weeks and pct after 2 weeks after my last pin?and let me know if i have to take any ai type of tabs during my test e cycle to keep my bloat and water retention at bay and over all health in control ...and any more information u can give a beginner i will be really thankfull..im good with my diet i eat clean..for now i eat 100 grams of carb 150 grams of protein and 30 grams of fat...sp do i have to make any changes when im on the test cycle?do i have to up my cals ? any more information will be appreciated..thank u
 
and what are the blood test i have to do before the cycle after 1 month after my cycle and after pct to track the results
 
I'm going to simplify this for you. Steroids build muscle if there is 1. Adequate stimulation and 2. Adequate protein and a caloric surplus. You are completely wasting your time and money taking steroids and eating 1500 calories a day. People don't gain muscle and lose fat at the same time. If you add muscle then your PERCENTAGE of bodyfat would be reduced as you would have more muscle mass. What you are doing is totally utterly and completely wrong in every respect.
I train 3 to 4 days a week tops. You need to eat 3000 calories a day, 200 grams of protein, and train 3 - 4 times a week. Do 20 minutes of cardio 4 times a week. You don't need any steroids at all. If you must use them to feel like you are "enhanced" 200mg a week is all you need.

Remember gear will help build muscle but training that often will put you in a bad position with your tendons and joints since they will not progress as fast.

just had my first pin it was smooth no pain at all...100mg test p..and my diet will be as follows
30 egg whites
200 grams chicken breast
whey and casein(1scoop)
half litre milk
5 rotis(flour)
100 grams grounded beef....
so the calculation will be
calories - 2400
protein - 250 grams
carbs - 180 grams
fat - 32 grams
is it the right diet? or do i have to increase more?and do i have to take aromasin every 3 days 25 mg or eod 12.5 mg? please advice...thank u
