No problem brother. I have different advice I give depending on age of bodybuilder.
Experience and age are very important and out health always has to come first.
I never overlook health too many guys talk about 1 gram of this 1 of that with 100 of this oral and that one
More gear isn't better enough gear will get job done if we have everything else in order and our health comes first!!!

MM i use arimidex 0.5 eod. I read that when on anadrol cycle is good to use also some nolva through the cycle. What do you think? Mixing ai with serms is it a good idea?

If that is your choice to use adrol u needed to get Aromasin.
That is to use Nolva with it.
Adex and letro interfere with metabolism of Nolva so they shouldn't be used together.
They will stop affect of it big time and may have other issues.
Your choice is to either just use Nolva or adex.
Unless u switch to Aromasin.

Just to let u know I started some Nolva with my letro last night.
On the adex and Nolva with the adrol u can take it if u want that's up to u. But I had to tell u the precautions.

Since i do not experience gyno sides then i will not. I will keep using adex proactively. However, how come letro can be used in parallel with nolva since both adex and letro are ai bro?

They can be used with it letro or adex.
It's that they can interfere with one another especially with nolva!

I am not using anything that causes gyno. I lose water and bloat from Nolva and it works in releasing estro adipose tissue on me. Not on everyone supposedly.

The precautions are that adrol can cause gyno water retention. And I wouldn't take chances on not knowing how to dose what because of inhibitor affects of one another.

Letro and adex both same mech of action same category drug same metabolism enzymes
The problem is Nolva uses same metabolism enzymes
If u wanna take any of them together it will not kill u are cause anything except possibly defeat the effectiveness of one another.
Aromasin is a suicide inhibitor not competitive like letro and adex has different metabolism

MM lower sperm count what kind of side is and how do you cope with? I am (almost) in the middle of my cycle (anadrol, test, tren). Should i go to 0.5 adex ed than eod and see??

What makes u think u have lower sperm count?
Are u referring to amount that u cum, the lack of cum?
With myself that has to do with cumming too much on blast! Lol!
Hcg on cycle can boost things and stimulate testes!
Proviron can do the same with sperm production!
During cycle or use of steroids once your testes shuts down its inevitable that sperm count will be low!

I am on trt brother I don't deal with that anymore, my sperm is what it is!
I have had my kids and good to go with just them!

The volume is just lower. Very roughly around 30% less than normal. So only hcg could work. Increase adex will be waste you think?

Clomid works great for this. Also some supplements stinging nettle (nettle root)

Hi guys, I am in the 4th week of my (8 weeks) cycle and below are some interesting stats:

1. Weight from 79.5kg to 83.5kg (2600cal/day, 40/40/20, carbo/protein/fat)

2. Body fat from 18.3% to 15.3%, if you take into consideration that i got 4kg this has higher importance

Any comment? Good progress, average what do you think? What should i expect at the end of the cycle?

Right on brother.
I hear guys talking about losing weight before.
Sure if u gonna use a certain compound but if I plan on building muscle lifting weights then conservation of muscle is important dieting.
Androgens increase metabolism and metabolic rate.
I lose fat even cycle except if I am not careful with test and deca.
So the gain is always more than the scale

I have a question. Beside drol, omna, tren i also run hGH 2IU per day. Would it be better to go 5IU/day? I believe 5 IU is a fair dose and will not result any side.. What is your point of view? My goal is more fat burning (+anti aging) and to run it for 6 months.

What exactly is the rebound of Anadrol? Estrogens after finishing the cycle? How can you avoid it? AI throughout the cycle or just pct?

I am busy with family cleaning car going eat tonight wife kids and one of their friends. Full house. Lol!
It's been awhile but Anadrol doesn't aromatase but can open progesterone pathway. It has affinity for progesterone receptors but not estro.
Progesterone is not too dangerous until estrogen comes into play.
Like into pct estro ratio to test and estro is gonna be in favor of estro
And stress among other things including cortisol and aldosterone from adrenals.
Let me look it up again like I said it's been awhile.
My approach with everything is to keep estro in check then run Nolva and clomid.
I will look up exact pathway once more to be sure I am correct.
I understand the receptor affinities and pathway along with mechanisms of action of hormones and drugs so. What I do is read studies on the substances and trails. Someone who doesn't understand won't accomplish much. Lol!

Sorry brother been really busy.
The mechanism of androl doesn't aromatase but actually is very estrogenic on its own especially in some more than others.
The mechanism is not completely understood so want get into that.
If u have gyno history I wouldn't take the anadrol.
If not use an ai on cycle drink alot of water and keep diet in check with lots of potassium rich foods and maybe keep sodium down where possible.
U can also use Nolva on cycle or if signs of nipples suggest dose of nolva would be 10-20 mg a day on cycle. With Aromasin as chosen ai to prevent Nolva from being inactive by letro or adex!

Pct I would use standard protocol
Clomid 100 a day 2 weeks
Then 50 a day other 2 weeks
Nolva 40 2 weeks
20 other 2 weeks
Aromasin first week pct 12.5 for 3 days out week
Aromasin 2nd week 6.25 for 3 days that week to be safe.
If u think u still having estro play by ear.

Also try to keep estro under control during cycle and especially before and going into pct this will be your best bet.

I myself never used anadrol. I don't think I would do well with it. Don't like liver toxicity and or red blood production not to mention I would probably be prone to gyno had it during puberty.
It's just what it can have affinity for or mechanism of being estrogenic even though it doesn't aromatase is that scares me!

I would start pct 10 days after last pin of test e.? Right? U using. I recommend 10 days to be on safe side after c or e and go extra week pct if u would like.

Time your drol to run out last dose for that 10th day after pin.
