Question on how much pct to take.

I had all my cycles I've done in my iphone saved but lost all of it when I jumped ship to a droid . I'm 510 195 around 12% bf . So this is my cycle I'm about to do.
700 mg/ week test e 1-16 weeks
150 mg eod npp 1-14
75 mg eod tren

This is my first cycle with tren though. I've ran 500 test several times. How much pct shoulde I run? I never ran clomid during my cycle either but thinkn about it as well.

Long esters??
With tren use ace please!!
For this cycle I suggest u drop NPP.
2 Nandrolone not good idea!!

Run test prop 150 EOD or ed
Run tren ace 75 mg a day
Or run long like this
Test c or e 700 wk
Npp 150 EOD
Run 14 weeks?? Or use deca instead
At 12 week mark lower test e or to 250 wk
Drop deca or lower npp
Add test prop 75 mg eod
Tren ace 50 to 75mg eod
If sides come lower test p to 50mg
U suggest adex as needed
Nolva 10mg a day whole run
Cabar 0.5mg 2x wk

For pct
Start 2 days after short esters
2 weeks if Clomid 100mg and nolva 40mg
Then 2 weeks of nolva 20mg Clomid 50mg

Hcg only in cycke stop 3 weeks to 4 before pct
Hcg 250-500iu or mcg??? Lol 2x wk check of that I personally don't use hcg but may try I blast and cruise all year TRTfor life for years now
