Whats up everyone, Im new here. Im trying to lose about 30 more lbs, since about two months ago I was at 305 and with dieting and running ive lost 35lbs so far. Im at 270~ at the moment. My left knee has started acting up, I guess taking football helmets to your knees for 9 years dose that to you. Since I cant run I do the bike untill my knee starts acting up. Ive got back into lifting and I feel my strength coming back. Its not where I want it but I am progressing. My Sr year of HS I maxed bench at 395, squat 615 and DL at 625. I've never used gear before but have always considered it. I plan to do a cycle pretty soon. Im not looking to get bigger Im trying to trim down and drop my bf and gain strength. I was thinking winnstrol & sust250 or equapoise & sust250. I could sure use some advice on what gear to use for my goals. Im a newb to the gear game but everyone was a newb when they started. Any advice is appreciated.
