The 40iu is what it will leave someone after mixing with 1.0 of bac, that will be roughly 1iu at the 2.73 mark..
Just as if someone was measuring a cartage like a Geno or something -
Example being that the back of a geno box would say 41.4 which is correct, yet people think it should be 36.iu...
The back of genos will say 12mg, that translates to 12mg per mL..
