Liquid Oral Anadrol...Need Help

Hey,
Ok, I have 14 grams of oxymetholone and I want to make it into Liquid form. I have Peg-400, presume this is ok to make liquid orals(?). What do I need to do to convert 14grams to 50mg/ml successfully?
I am a total NEWBIE to this. So yes, my questions will sound very dumb to you experienced folk.

If I am better off to cap it, can someone please tell me where I can purchase size "4" gelatin capules that ship OUTSIDE the U.S(and canada)? I can't find the caps anywhere in my backwards shithole country....lol! If I am capping do I need to add anything to the powder before hand???

If your capping,you can use protein for a filler, but you really don't need to add anything.

Tool, thanks for reply bro. I guess I could get smaller caps and use protein powder as a filler but I still will get some fucked up doses with each cap. I have been using some of the stuff straight outta the bag and weighing it, this method is a bitch plus my digital scale is retarded!
It would be preferable to make it into liquid form(if it is logical) but I don't know how much solvent I will need.

if you wanted to use a filler, you could use something finer like glutamine, creatine, that would make it more accurate...and as for injectable 'drol, the most successful recipes i've seen have been between 2-4%ba, 12-17%bb and PEG in place of oil. you can use the powder converter sticky to figure out dosages and amounts for ba, bb, and PEG, just sub in PEG for however much oil it says.

Flexmaster, thanks for advice. Creatine would make a good filler if I cap it. Going back to liquid drol, is the b.a and b.b needed for oral use?

Some say ba helps get into solution. Howver, many just add it to pg and get it around 50mg/ml
