Ben storing it in same temp and same box the entire time. I even have another vial from the exact same batch and didn't do that. I usually have some crystals after some time but man not like this before. I'll try to reheat it but just to me looks strange and not even sure if it's legit to use, it's like completely solidified
let us know how it goes if u try to salvage it, but i agree with the others in that i would toss that shit in the trash

Is it a commercial brand or UGL? NPP does that at high mg/ml ratio..mine did the first time.
Never made NPP before that and it happened to me. You can heat it in warm water and if its high mg/ml add filtered oil and I doubt it will crash.
If that's not the problem, how was the pin? did it hurt at all?

I hurt a little more, seeing I'm already 6 weeks in but nothing at all like first pin. I heated in oven at 250 for 45 min and rediisolved nicely so see if it hold suspension now. I really was just worried how this one solididfied and the other vial from same batch didn't. I think I made this batch of TPP and NPP at about 185mg/ml. Was going to do 200 but the 2ml of oil I had saved to push through the filter I completely forgot and added it all hence the 185 and not 200 lol. I'll let you guys know if it holds solution again.
Nice didn't mix them, they may have mixed a tiny tiny bit cause I draw from one then pull air into syringe and pressurize the other vial so maybe in that case I mix them just a very tiny amount but no I didn't combine them. Well it went into solution after hearing and I pinned, didn't hurt at all in the glite but now what a day and half later it solidified again. So I'll just keep reheating it when I need to pin. But still don't know why it keeps solidifying. How do you feel about the giuical like people mention? I really figured since EO was an excellent solvent it would never crash but guess was wrong lol. Oh and I reheated all 4 vials and the other vial of NPP still looks great. Only thing I can think of is maybe there is some crystals left on the upper part of the vial even after I reheat and then they act as a seed. Crystals usually need a "seed" and then will crystallize like a mofo if given that seed. Only idea I have now

Think I know why it does this. If you push air from syringe into vial to pressurize it and push air into the oil that's when it did this. I heated some vials the other day and transferred multiple vials into a 50 mil one and you can see the air bubbles in the oil then few hours later it solidified like this again.
